I have won this item on a old Microsoft prize winning service called 'Club Bing' a few years ago, I could play it just wonderful when I first got it.

This is wierdalso, this game will play at my grandmother's house without the error. But only on my computer it decides to do this :(. And please for God's sake do not give me this link for help ' 'that link is about as helpful as a dry skeleton at a gas station. And I am a legitimate customer and I should not have to buy a new game.
